Loehrstrasse 41A
Since September 2005, 29 fully furnished apartments with a kitchenette and an own bathroom have been available at the Krautkrämer Campus Student Dormitory – a non-smoking house. 10 of these 29 apartments are reserved for exchange students.
Residents have the opportunity to use a laundry room with washing, drying and ironing facilities in addition to a common room and a bicycle garage. Parking spaces (€ 30) and garages (€ 40) can be rented. (limited)
The students’ residence is located at a 5-minute walking distance from the WHU main building.
The Campus Krautkrämer Students’ Residence is operated by the Campus Krautkrämer Foundation and therefore offers low-priced rooms. Room prices (rent incl. incidental costs, WHU WLAN) range from € 310 to € 380.
